Follow up
Just to add to the the ridiculousness of the copyright amendment proposal, in Victoria, you can get drunk ($480), then get in your car, drive over the speed limit ($125), throw a lit cigarette out the window ($500), and still get fined less than the guy who got caught carrying a pencil or a camera ($1320 on-the-spot fine).
