USB 2.0 vs FireWire 400 shootout
I've always been against Intel's USB 2.0 in favor of Apple's FireWire not because who developed each wired connection standard but because USB 2.0, despite claiming a faster maximum connection rate at 480Mbps, is in actual fact slower than FireWire at 400Mbps.

Brief History of iPods
If you've ever wondered how Apple managed to come up with the now ubiquitous iPod, here's a look back at the little gadget that sent every single pundit back to eat their own words when it was released back in 2001. In a way it was eerily similar with how Apple itself got its start in 1976 after IBM, HP, and Atari turned down Steve Wozniak's offer of the Apple II.

Lastly, someone decided that it'd be a good idea to take Spotlight, Mac OS X's searching tool, to the web and attach it to Google. It's an instant search that starts searching the web as soon as you type in the first letter of the word.
