Postal
What's up with this country's postal system? They never send packages to the addressee, they always leave a note telling people to pick up the package at the post office. I thought they're supposed to be the delivery people. Now I need to find time to pick up the package I mentioned yesterday. Turns out it's been at the P.O since the 9th but they only let me know yesterday. Stupid system.
