LOL - Wimbledon funny
Was just watching the Poo a.k.a Scud a.k.a Mark Philipoussis vs Marat Safin playing on Wimbledon Center Court, and suddenly the net DROPPED!! The net in the middle of the court separating the court into halves just let go and fell to the ground. Apparently the metal cable holding the net in place just snapped after a drop shot from Safin in the third game of the second set LOL hahahahaha!! ^_^;;
I've been waiting for years to see that kind of blooper from a major tennis tournament and finally caught one! Yaay! Hehehe. I don't think it's ever happened before and the commentators made the same remark. Someone's gonna get blasted now! If it had happened on court 17 or something it was probably not going to be too much of a big deal but it's Wimbledon, the most prestigious tennis tournament, and it's Wimbledon's center court, the highest profile tennis court in the planet. To have this kind of blooper there is priceless :D :D
