Seems that IE users are having problems with rendering my blog, I'm pretty sure it's just IE cuz Mozilla based browsers have no problems. This is how it looks on Safari/Firefox. Click for larger.
now i get it. the shout box format i use doesn't allow dimension changes so it doesn't matter how wide i set it to, it doesn't cange how it looks. if you use inline format, it comes up in a box that you can set the width and height for. i use embedded so it looks like a native part of the blog.
it was 400 pixels wide so in reality the shout box should've pushed the blog entry column further to the left instead of the profile column being pushed to the right.
the real problem was the linked text under or next to Darth Vader's picture. Once I made it shorter, all was normal.
